As most everyone in blogosphere now knows, Mister Blotto himself, Mike D went down in a single bike accident Friday morning. He sustained some fairly serious head trauma and underwent surgery on Saturday afternoon. It went well and he is recovering at the hospital. 100% recovery is expected (required).
I have had many requests and questions about coming to visit him. He truly appreciates the thoughts and prayers, but told me this morning "Just wanna be left alone." I know that all of us want to stop in and show our love, but please honor Mike and his family's wishes and give him a day or two of peace and quiet to get a jump start on the healing process. Perhaps we should all look on the innerwebs for the best blended food recipes. Someone told me pizza sucks, JSS.
He'll need lots of love over the next couple of months.
