Julia would of been 100 today and she still teaches millions the art of cooking.
I 'm very lucky to have been raised by strong women who helped me become the cook I am. The ultimate compliment for me is that my meal taste like my mothers or grandmothers recipe.Watching my daughter master the kitchen brings me great pride, I love when she calls with a list of ingredients and together we come up with a meal. She is 3000 miles away but through the joy of cooking , she's right besides me.
Keep it simple, seasoning is key but let your ingredients do the work.
