FOUR QUEENS HOTEL & CASINO

Hey guys and gals, I have been working with a few hotels  for the Las Vegas Bikefest , which Cycle Source will be attending. The Four Queens Hotel & Casino has stepped up and hooked us up! You will need to call in for the deal . We will all be meeting Thursday night for a few at the Kings Lounge located in the Four Queens right off of Fremont Street. I would like to thank Michael and his staff for the sweet deal! See you there!

Reservations are to be confirmed through CENTRAL RESERVATIONS OFFICE AT (800) 634-6045 press 1 prior to the cut-off date of Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Please advise each individual to refer to the group name (Cycle Source) when making his/her reservation. On this date, any rooms remaining unsold will be released back to the hotel and group rate may not be available. Please note that blocks will be monitored periodically prior to the cut-off date. Hotel reserves the right to trim blocks accordingly based on pick-up at this time. Additional requests received after the cut-off date will be considered on a space availability basis. Please note that the hotel will attempt to honor special request, but cannot guarantee. CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INSIDE OF FORTY-EIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO THE GROUP’S ARRIVAL.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: First night’s deposit is due at time of reservation by check or credit card.

BILLING PROCEDURES: Room, tax and incidentals are the responsibility of each individual.

PAYMENT POLICY: Each individual is responsible for payment of their own room and must be made prior to the cut-off date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Group may be cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival date with no cancellation penalty. After that date, deposit will be non-refundable. Individual cancellations may be received forty-eight hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty of the first night’s room rate plus tax, per cancelled room, not to exceed more than 20% of the original room block. This contract may be cancelled by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice.

OVERBOOKING/

FORCE MAJEURE: Four Queens Hotel/Casino shall attempt to provide all rooms as specified and committed to, subject however, to overbooking, resulting from an unusually low number of no-shows and cancellations based on historical trends and circumstances beyond the control of Four Queens Hotel/Casino, such acts of God, riots, labor strikes, civil commotion or otherwise. Should Four Queens Hotel/Casino deem it necessary to relocate a confirmed group, to the extent practicable, Four Queens Hotel/Casino will notify client in advance of the situation requiring relocation and attempt to book rooms at a comparable facility.

RESTRICTIONS: Should the confirmed group event fall over hotel special event dates, the contracted rate applies. In the event that an individual utilizes the hotel on the premise of a special event and is actually a group delegate, he/she will be liable for the contracted group rate.
