Vintage 1960s golden brown leather small camera case is going to be perfect for my G11
Etsy rocks!
Spent Saturday at the Chino Air Show with Duane. I don’t normally partake in this childhood hobby of his but I thought I would give it a try. Not too bad, might even go next year. I even found things that appealed to me. Hope you enjoy!
On Sunday, most of the planes flew over the house and Duane kept on running outside, neighbors must think he is crazy. He sounded like Raymond Babbitt from Rainman, rattling off the make and year.
Some hobbies never go away, I am glad he still has time for one.

I have been looking for a old radio like my grandmother had in her kitchen. Her radio was blue and shiny and it would echo down to the cellar where we would be playing pool. These are memories that I will hold forever in my heart. Nana O. taught me the joy of cooking, she would move through the kitchen with ease, never missing a beat. All along whistling or singing. Everything was always seasoned to perfection and her blueberry pies were amazing!
I found a new website that might be attribute to the death of my bank account, Etsy

Found a friend there too, who knew!
Every month at the Long Beach Swap Meet , I always make sure I go and see Miss Justina at the Dice Magazine booth. I love this woman! She is a great person and a wonderful friend.
Recently, I spoke to her about my love- obsession- for old cameras and last week she surprised me with a Brownie Holiday Camera.

This little gem fits in the palm of my hand. Looking up the history , they were produced from 1953 to 1962. I am now wondering if my Grampy Olin had this camera. He always had the newest cameras out there.
Up next, find film for it and see what this little baby can do.
What a great Birthday gift!
If you don’t know about Dice Magazine, you are missing out. Amazing magazine produced by Dean and Matt!!!!!!
Peace and love-
Our buddy Alex wanted a seat and I needed a shelving unit for my records and camera collection. So we agreed , had Duane create a sewn seat for his latest build and my home now has beautiful, hand crafted piece of furniture that will be in our home for the rest of our lives. These types of deals don’t happen very often and I am very happy with the outcome
As you can see there is plenty of room for more trips to Ameba Records or more cameras in the near future.
